The Factory Sentry Guardian was a model of heavy frontline battle droid during the Cold War, it was based on UNW-A01V2 design. Some units were found defending Abandoned Factory on Nar Shaddaa.

Charged rounds (fire mode)	Spin up the assault cannon and fire off a quick burst of powerful, charged rounds at the target for high damage
Carbonize rounds (ammo)	Launches an carbon projectile, freezing the target for a short period of time
Charged armor plating	The droid electrifies it's plating, dealing damage to melee attackers
